What is RTT therapy? Or rapid transformational therapy. My associate Jessica Geist said it in a nutshell. In Rapid Transformational Therapy RTT we upgrade your beliefs at the subconscious level.
Take the problem of anxiety or lack of confidence for example. For most of your life you have been living with this anxiety and right now this problem is living in your conscious mind your thinking mind. And you’re thinking, thinking all the time.
But there is this other part of you. Which is your subconscious mind that is driving your behaviour, and this is hidden from you. So if you’ve ever tried to give up a bad habit and experienced stopping and starting. This is because there is a conflict between the conscious and subconscious. So even though you may have great willpower which is of the conscious mind, the subconscious is really in control. After a while willpower, wilts and dies and you go back to your old behaviours.

We have a two-hour session and we actually go back to experiences in your life where you picked up beliefs that you need to act on this issue. For example, if you were constantly ignored or laughed at as a child, you may have anxiety or confidence issues as an adult. Or have difficulty trusting your own instincts that result in indecision. By taking you back to the first instance of when the problem occurred, we get you to review this scene.
The meaning that you put on that scene as an adult vs. a child is very different. As a child, you have only been on the planet a few years and you are placing meaning on events with that young mind. As a child for the rest of your life, you carry this anxiety or lack of confidence and doubt in your own abilities, because of the meaning you put on the event. But as an adult, you can really see what the scene is about and understand what really is going on. You see the incident in a new light we then transform the interpretation you made around those experiences and give you new language and new thoughts that override any of the old beliefs you use to have.
