Coaching for Imposter Syndrome and Self-Doubt at Work

Afraid to Speak Up at Work? Constantly Second-Guessing Yourself?

If you know you are capable but still hold back in meetings, second-guess yourself, or feel like a fraud despite your experience, this work is designed to help you change the pattern, not just manage it.

Claire Bulman, coach for imposter syndrome and self-doubt at work in London

This coaching is for professionals in London and online who are struggling with imposter syndrome, self-doubt, fear of speaking up, or presentation anxiety at work.

Does This Sound Like You?

‣ You overthink every interaction – analysing conversations for hours afterwards, wondering if you said the wrong thing. ‣ Colleagues seek your expertise privately, but somehow others get credited publicly.
‣ Meetings drain you because you’re so focused on when and how to contribute that you miss opportunities to shine. ‣ Imposter syndrome whispers constantly despite your qualifications and track record.
‣ You have brilliant ideas, but struggle to communicate them with the confidence they deserve. ‣ The stress is affecting everything – your sleep, your relationships, your sense of who you are.

You’re not alone. High-achieving professionals like you often suffer in silence, assuming everyone else has figured out confidence while you’re still questioning yourself.

Why You Can Understand the Pattern and Still Feel Stuck

Most coaching focuses on surface-level confidence problems: mindset tips, communication advice, or trying to “push through.” But for intelligent, analytical professionals, the issue often runs deeper.

You may know logically that you are capable, yet still feel anxious before important conversations, minimise your achievements, over-prepare, or criticise yourself internally.

That is why willpower and traditional confidence-building often only help temporarily. The deeper pattern still needs to change.

  • Triggering anxiety before important conversations
  • Causing you to minimise your accomplishments
  • Making you over-prepare and under-deliver
  • Creating internal criticism that drowns out your expertise

Coaching for Imposter Syndrome, Self-Doubt, and Presentation Anxiety

I bring an MSc in Psychology, RTT training, and 20+ years of experience working with high-performing professionals across global corporate environments. That means I understand both the internal pattern and the pressure of the environments it shows up in.

My work is designed for professionals who want focused, outcome-driven support rather than open-ended coaching. Depending on the issue, this may involve coaching only or a combination of coaching and RTT-based work.

What Changes When the Pattern Shifts

Real Results from Professionals Like You:

“From waking up at night, wondering what the hell I was doing and questioning myself all the time, I am now calm and have a new sense of direction. I’m confident in my ability to do what I need to do for me, my business and my family.”

– Philip, London

What changes when self-doubt is no longer driving your behaviour

Instead of:   You will:
Instead of rehearsing conversations for hours  → Contribute naturally when ideas arise.
Second-guessing every decision  → Trust your expertise and act decisively.
Shrinking in leadership moments  → Step forward with quiet authority.
Stress-induced insomnia  → Sleep peacefully, knowing you’ve contributed your best.
Feeling like a fraud  → Take ownership of your accomplishments and expertise.

How I Work with Imposter Syndrome and Workplace Self-Doubt

Step 1.

Identify the Pattern

We uncover the mental and emotional patterns driving self-doubt, often rooted in earlier experiences or repeated professional setbacks.

Step 2.

Rewire the Response

Using coaching and RTT-based work where appropriate, we begin changing the way your mind and body respond in high-pressure situations.

Step 3.

Build Conscious Skills

As the internal pattern shifts, we strengthen practical communication, visibility, and confidence skills for your real working environment.

Step 4.

Integrate and Sustain

You learn how to maintain those changes over time so confidence feels more natural and less effortful.

Temporary motivation vs Supports deeper, more lasting change
