About Claire Bulman
RTT therapist for professionals with imposter syndrome, self-doubt and performance anxiety
I work with professionals who look capable on paper but still struggle with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, fear of speaking up, or performance anxiety when it matters most.
Alongside an MSc in Psychology and RTT training, I bring more than 20 years of experience working in global corporate environments across Panama, Tokyo, the USA, Asia-Pacific and the UK. That means I understand both the internal patterns that professionals struggle with and the pressure of the environments in which those patterns emerge.
Why professionals choose to work with me
Many of the professionals I work with are capable, experienced, and respected in their fields, yet still hesitate in meetings, overthink what to say, or feel less confident than their expertise would suggest.
My background
My career has taken me through corporate boardrooms and leadership environments across multiple countries. In that time, I saw a repeated pattern: highly capable professionals held back not by lack of ability, but by self-doubt, performance anxiety, and the internal pressure to prove themselves.
Why insight alone is not always enough
Many professionals already understand their pattern. They know they overthink, hold back, or doubt themselves. But insight on its own does not always create change. That is why my work is designed to address both the deeper pattern underneath the behaviour and the practical shifts needed in day-to-day professional life.
My approach draws on RTT, psychology, and years of working with high-performing professionals under pressure. I am interested in practical transformation: helping people not just understand the issue, but change how they respond when it matters.
How I work
- RTT-based work to address deeper subconscious patterns where appropriate
- Psychology-informed coaching to understand behaviour, thought patterns, and emotional responses
- Corporate understanding shaped by years in demanding professional environments
What clients often look for
-
speaking up without overthinking every word
-
trusting their expertise in high-pressure moments
-
feeling calmer in meetings, presentations, and difficult conversations
-
being more visible without feeling exposed
-
reducing the inner criticism that keeps them stuck
Why RTT can be helpful
RTT works by exploring and reframing the subconscious beliefs that may be driving unhelpful emotional and behavioural patterns. For professionals, those patterns often show up as self-doubt, performance anxiety, or fear of speaking up.
Frequently asked questions
What is RTT therapy and how does it work?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a therapeutic approach developed by Marisa Peer that combines hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and NLP. Unlike traditional confidence coaching, RTT accesses your subconscious mind to eliminate deep-rooted beliefs causing performance anxiety and self-doubt in professionals.
How is your approach different?
My work is designed for professionals whose self-doubt or performance anxiety does not shift through insight alone. I combine RTT, psychology-informed work, and real-world corporate experience to help create deeper, more practical change.
Do you work with clients online or in-person?
Yes. I work with clients in person in London and online worldwide.
How long does it take to see results?
Many professionals notice improvements in their confidence and reduced performance anxiety within the first 1-2 sessions. RTT creates rapid transformation by working at the subconscious level, unlike traditional coaching, which can take months or years.
Who do you typically work with?
I specialise in working with educated professionals and leaders who are highly qualified but struggle with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and performance anxiety. My clients are often in corporate, leadership, or senior professional roles, or want to progress their careers.
Ready to stop holding yourself back?
If self-doubt, imposter syndrome, or fear of speaking up is affecting how you work, we can talk through what is happening and whether RTT is the right fit.
